Learning something new – that is, to change something in your practice – often requires new skills, which are not just about what you know, but what you can do. This course has strengthened your understanding of HRBA, but for you to learn to apply HRBA, this must be linked to your daily practice. This linkage is much easier to achieve when you talk to colleagues. These dialogues will sharpen your understanding of why and how you can do things differently.
