As you take this e-course it is important to remember to reflect on what you are learning, both by yourself and with others. Learning, and being able to implement that learning in practice, does not happen automatically. Rather, by talking to others, asking questions, reflecting, and giving and receiving feedback, you can put your new knowledge into practice.
Before starting an e-learning course, it is a good idea to write down what you expect to get out of it at the end. While you take the course, remember to take a lot of pauses in order to reflect. As you reflect, think about what you have just seen and read, and what that means for the way you think or do things.
