Once your feedback has been submitted, a certificate will be sent to your email. You can also find the certificate here in the course as well as under your dashboard (which you find by clicking on your initials in the top right corner and then going to "Profile".
This certificate can be used to verify that you took the course, but cannot be used to say anything about what or how much you learned.
You can only give feedback and get a certificate if you have signed up to Learning Hub, are logged in and enrolled in the course (all of which is free of charge).
