As mentioned at the start of this e-course, e-learning cannot stand on its own. This e-course has provided you with new knowledge about the basics of human rights, but this is just a small part of your larger learning journey in which you are responsible for transforming this new knowledge into practice.

It is much easier to put these lessons into practice when you discuss and reflect with colleagues. These dialogues will sharpen your understanding of why and how you can do things differently. Unconscious incompetence can also be avoided once you are aware of what you do and do not know.
